The Technique and Benefits

Structural Integration (SI) is a form of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue in the body, known as fascia. Our SI services are specifically tailored for clients who need extensive work due to musculoskeletal conditions or postural imbalances. These conditions can cause pain, discomfort, and restricted movement, which can negatively impact the quality of life. It is a series of 11 sessions designed to correct posture as much as possible from head to toe.
