Cancellation Policy

At Tainica Therapeutics, we strive to offer a seamless and fair process for all participants. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your participation, so please review the following cancellation terms carefully:

1. Participant Cancellations

A. Full Refund
You may receive a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your initial purchase. After the 48-hour window, no full refund will be provided.

B. Partial Refund
If you cancel your registration before 8 weeks prior to the workshop start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your registration fee. Cancellations made after this point will not be refunded.

C. No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the workshop date. However, as outlined below, we will offer credits toward future workshops in cases of emergency cancellations.

D. Emergency Cancellations
In the case of an emergency, we understand that you may not be able to attend the workshop. While no refund will be issued, we will credit your full payment towards a future workshop of your choice. Emergency cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible to qualify for this option.

2. Workshop Cancellations by Organizer

While we make every effort to ensure the workshop proceeds as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require us to cancel or reschedule. In this case:

A. Full Refund or Credit
If the workshop is canceled by the organizer for any reason, participants will be notified promptly and given the option of:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule for a new date (if applicable).

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the workshop without prior cancellation or notification, no refund or credit will be issued.

Please include your full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations or modification requests must be received in writing.

Important Notes:

Refunds and credits will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for registration.
This policy applies to both in-person and virtual workshops, unless otherwise specified.
