Can price plans be canceled or refunded?

Price Plan Subscriptions are non-refundable and considered a final sale. However, sessions can be canceled and credited back to your account.

What is the duration I have to use my sessions?

Your pricing plan is valid for one to two months, depending on the package you purchase. The specific duration of your plan will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

What will happen if I don't use my sessions before  my plan expires?

You can request one extension of up to one month. However, please keep in mind that you are expected to book your sessions online in advance. Our schedule fills up quickly, so if you don't book ahead of time, you may not secure your preferred day and time within that month extension.
