This modality is ideal for clients who are experiencing muscle tension and tightness. It promotes blood circulation and helps to relieve sore muscles. In this process, the cups pull blood into the muscle fibers which allows the tissues to soften. At Tainica, we use acrylic air-suction cups to minimize issues that can arise from traditional fire-ignited cups. However, it's important to note that if the cups are left on for extended periods, it can lead to slight bruising.
