Event Description:
Join us for Myofascial Elements, a comprehensive 5-day workshop designed to deepen your understanding and skills in Myofascial Release therapy. Whether you are new to the practice or looking to expand your knowledge, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricacies of fascia and muscle theory while gaining practical, hands-on experience.
This workshop is accredited for 35 Continuing Education (CE) credits by the FSMTB, and we welcome therapists from the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia.
Throughout the week, you will:
Learn the foundational principles of fascia and how it affects movement and health
Schedule
1 hourIntroduction to fascia: What it is, how it works, and its importance.
30 minutesUnderstanding how massage can manipulate fascia.
